Gulf Arabic (also known as Khaliji, al-lahja al-khalijiya اللهجة الخليجية) is a variety of the Arabic language spoken around both shores of the Persian Gulf such as in Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, and Oman.
