Khoiniki Information

Khoiniki (Belarusian: Хойнікі, Chojniki, [ˈxɔɪniki]; Russian: Хойники) is a town in Homiel Voblast, Belarus. In 1986, the city suffered from heavy radioactive fallout from the Chernobyl accident. It is located at 51°53′21″N 29°57′52″E / 51.88917°N 29.96444°E Coordinates: 51°53′21″N 29°57′52″E / 51.88917°N 29.96444°E.
